Project

Honeywell (formerly Metrologic) provided existing internal electronics and optics assemblies, and wanted to take the product through a complete design and mechanical development process that would yeild a highly comptetitive product.

Process

Using components provided by Metrologic, Carroll Design developed an ergonomic plastic body, mechanical design, and engineed the product for production.

Product

The MS9590 is the first Voyager product to feature trigger scanning in a new ergonomic form factor that maximizes comfort and reduces fatigue.
