August 2007> Carroll Design welcomes Art Flagg! Art has held positions as Engineering Manager and Consulting Engineer for several telco and electronics firms. Art is our new Director of Engineering.

Award!> Thermo Electron's Egis Defender, a portable, explosives detection unit was recently honored with Instrument Business Outlook's 2005 Silver Award for Best Analytical Instrument Design. Carroll Design provided the mechanical and industrial design for this complex and important product.
