Project

Spectro Inc, a division of QinetiQ North America, needed to re-design their Laser Net Fines (LNF) oil particle analyzer to make improvements to the commercial laboratory application, primarliy to connect the LNF product to the current product family branding.

Process

Carroll Design was responsible for the development of the overall system including the component layout, internal structure, external enclosure, user features, and the mechanical design of all custom parts and sub-assemblies, working closely with Spectro's internal engineering team (who handled the core component design).

Product

Carroll Design developed a solution that brought the LNF in with Spectro's existing commercial product line, in a cost-effective, user friendly design.
